Pat Reed

Pat has 40+ years of experience and her name is synonymous with business agility. Having worked as an Executive at the Walt Disney Company and Walt Disney Pictures & Television, Universal Studios Motion Picture Group, GameWorks, and Gap Inc, Pat also enjoys teaching at the University of California, Berkeley.

Pat’s unique skills include transformational leadership, connecting strategy to delivery and solving impossible business challenges by leveraging deep domain knowledge of human behaviour, patterns, polarity wisdom, design thinking, and empirical (scientific) methods with a razor-like focus on value.

As an entrepreneur and principal of iHoriz Inc., Pat works with Executives  all over the globe and across a large number of organisations such as eBay, USAA, Walmart, Citrix, Suncorp and Cisco to assist them in defining value, increasing speed to market, product quality, and new operating models  to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
